Returns & Exchanges Policy


All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases.


To be eligible for an exchange or store credit consideration, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


To request an exchange or report an issue, please contact us at shop@furekka.com. Please note that items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, as required by applicable law. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds. In approved cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.
